Resources
Practical ideas for school and home
Our free resources make it easier to start useful conversations about feelings, relationships and positive mental health. They include classroom activities, teacher guidance and ideas for parents and carers.
Browse by age or topic to find something relevant for the children you support. Resources clearly explain who they are for, what is included and how they can be used.
Resources for participating schools
Schools taking part in a Heads Up Kids programme receive access to a protected resource area. Once registered, authorised staff can log in to find the teacher guidance, activity sheets, and supporting materials for their programme.
There is no shop or pay-to-download process. If your school would like access to a programme, book a call or begin the school sign-up journey.
